What to Expect
Our pizza class is 100% hands-on. Each student works with their own dough, which you’ll take home to bake later. During the class, we provide dough that has been fermented for 48 hours, ready to bake on-site. You’ll learn how to stretch, top, and bake your pizza in a fun, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours long, unless otherwise noted above.
To ensure a high-quality experience, hands-on classes are limited to 12–16 students, depending on the location.
Please note:

You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class

Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair
