How it works

Your guests can enjoy an unlimited variety of freshly made pizzas served buffet-style. You can choose up to 4 flavors of pizza* from our menu. Unlimited pizza buffet package $30 per person. This package includes includes all food-related costs, and transportation within Stamford. For events outside Stamford, a transportation fee will apply.

What to expect

We use Gozney Roccbox ovens, a professional-grade, fully portable pizza oven designed for catering and private events.

Why we love them (and why clients do too):

  • Compact & space-efficient — perfect for small patios, backyards, and tight venues

  • Reaches authentic Neapolitan temperatures

  • Clean, fast setup

  • Works in locations where traditional ovens aren’t possible

This setup allows us to bring real pizza anywhere—without overwhelming your space.

Upgrade to a Wood-Fired Oven

If you’re looking for a more traditional or visually striking setup, we can rent a classic wood-fired pizza oven for your event.

Best for:

  • Large outdoor events

  • Weddings & brand activations

  • Guests who love the full wood-fire experience

 

Wood-fired oven upgrades are subject to availability and additional rental fees.

Dough

A 48-hour fermentation allows our pizza dough to develop a richer flavor and a lighter, more digestible texture by giving the yeast ample time to break down complex carbohydrates. 

All natural

We only use the best ingredients: Non GMO Italian flour, D.O.P San Marzano tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Mozarella and Pecorino Romano.

Our pizza chef is certified by the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana),  guarantees authentic Neapolitan technique, ingredients, and craftsmanship for an unparalleled pizza experience.
