A Fun, Interactive Pizza Class Wherever You Are

We teach you the essentials (dough basics, stretching, toppings, and baking) so your group can create restaurant-quality pizzas in a fun, relaxed setting. We bring everything needed for the experience — setup, tools, ingredients, and cleanup — so you can just show up hungry and ready to learn.

What to expect

1) Choose your experience
Pizza Making Class and/or add-ons. We’ll confirm group size, location, and timing.

2) We arrive early + set everything up
We’ll arrive ~30–45 minutes before start time to set up stations, ingredients, and the pizza baking area.

3) Hands-on class time
You’ll learn the techniques step-by-step (stretching, toppings, launch/bake timing), plus pro tips for better pizza at home.

4) Eat + enjoy
Your group bakes multiple pizzas and eats as you go — casual, fun, and interactive.

5) We handle cleanup
When the class ends, we pack up and leave the space just as we found it.

Typical duration: 1.5–2 hours (depends on experience + group size)

Your Instructor

You’ll be taught by Alexandra “Ale”  co-founder of Everything Dough and Culinary Director at Fiero Group. Ale’s classes are equal parts education + entertainment, designed to help you feel confident making pizza while having an unforgettable time.

Her background includes serving as Culinary Lead at Sur La Table, instructor at Hudson Table, training at the Inn at Pound Ridge by JG, and Head Chef at pizzeria Magpie, Montreal. 

In 2025, Alexandra was named one of “10 Latino Pizza Chefs to Watch 2025” by PMQ Magazine.

Minimum $600 (covers up to 6 guests)

Pizza Party (20–50 guests) $50 per person
Minimum $1,000 (covers up to 20 guests)
Focused on stretching, topping, and baking (no dough-making)

Adds-ons: Dessert Making +$20/person | Sip & Serve +$25/person | Mixology Class +$70-$90/person

Please note:

  • 20% service fee will be added for groups of 10+.
  • A travel fee may be added to your total depending on your location.
  • You can choose up to 5 ingredients from our list. Any additional ingredient is $10

Yes! We come to your home or chosen location. All we need is a little outdoor space—we bring the rest, including tables, ovens, and ingredients

Cocreate Stamford is the venue we use for our pizza classes. CoCook is outfitted with the latest Monogram appliances and offers a creative, modern space that’s perfect for our corporate pizza classes.

Find below some considerations about the most requested dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, Gluten Free, Lactose intolerant, and various allergies):

  • Our dough does not contain any animal products or nuts in it.

  • Our pizza sauce does not contain onions, garlic, or any kind of oil or sugar.

  • We offer Vegan cheese (extra charge) or cheeseless pizzas for vegan guests.

  • We offer Gluten free friendly pies for an extra charge. We will need to know how many pies you will need and will quote them separately.

  • IMPORTANT: we cook the pies in the same oven that we cook our regular pizzas, therefore, cross-contamination might be possible.

  • We offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan pizzas on our menu.

  • Kosher and Halal meats are available and quoted separately.

To ensure availability and a seamless experience, we highly recommend booking your event at least a month in advance. This allows us to properly plan and prepare all necessary ingredients, equipment, and logistics for your pizza experience.

For last-minute bookings, a late booking fee will apply as follows:

  • Private pizza classes: A $150 fee applies for bookings made within 1 week of the event date.

  • Catered events: A $150 fee applies for bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date.

This fee helps cover the additional costs and adjustments required to accommodate your request on short notice. Secure your preferred date by booking early!
