Come join us for a fun-filled summer evening where  you’ll learn how to make delicious pizzas like a pro

You’ll learn firsthand how to:

  • The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
  • Shape the dough and top it
  • Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
  • Slice, top, and serve

  • Homemade Pizza Dough
  • Italian Pizza Sauce

  • Dessert (Chef’s surprise)

What to Expect

Our pizza class is 100% hands-on. Each student works with their own dough, which you’ll take home to bake later. During the class, we provide dough that has been fermented for 48 hours, ready to bake on-site. You’ll learn how to stretch, top, and bake your pizza in a fun, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Classes are 2 hours long, unless otherwise noted above.

To ensure a high-quality experience, hands-on classes are limited to 12–16 students, depending on the location.

Please note:

  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class

  • Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair

FAQs

Do participants work individually or in groups?

Guest work individually. Unlike many culinary studios where guests work in groups or share one pizza, our classes are fully hands-on. Every guest gets their own dough ball and experiences the full process—from stretching the dough to adding toppings and baking their own pizza.

It’s an interactive experience where everyone gets involved and leaves with the satisfaction of creating their very own pie from start to finish.
